What is Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery ?
Breathwork Mastery (RBM) uses a slow, conscious, fuller-than-usual breath.
Your breath is used as a way to connect with the body, the nervous system and the subconscious patterns that may be shaping how you feel, respond and move through life.
Throughout life, we form beliefs, emotional responses and protective patterns in response to what we experience. Some of these patterns continue to influence our relationships, health, work, sense of self and capacity to feel free in our lives.
Through intention and conscious connected breathing, RBM creates space for what is ready to be felt, released, integrated or understood to come forward in its own timing.
This may support you to:
release stored emotions
clear limiting beliefs or old decisions
process unresolved experiences
reconnect with your body and inner wisdom
anchor new, supportive intentions for the life you want to create
What makes Breathwork Mastery different?
A lot of breathwork online can look intense, dramatic or performative.
Breathwork Mastery is different.
This is not about forcing the breath, pushing the body, breathing quickly or trying to create a big breakthrough.
In RBM, we use a slow, conscious, fuller-than-usual breath. The session becomes a deep listening space where your body, breath and nervous system have time to be heard.
There is no pressure to get the breath right, stay out of your head, release emotion, cry, or have a certain kind of experience.
Every experience is welcome.
The process
01
Intention Setting
One of the founding principles of RBM is: Intention = outcome.
Before the breathwork begins, we spend conscious time setting an intention.
You do not need to know your intention before you arrive. This is part of the process.
Your facilitators will support you to create an intention that feels meaningful, connected and clear. This is usually linked to an area of your life where you are ready for change, healing, understanding or a deeper sense of freedom.
Once the intention is set, you do not need to keep thinking about it. It becomes the focus of the breathwork and helps guide what unfolds.
As the session continues, sensations, emotions, thoughts, images or memories may come forward. These are connected to your intention and may show what is ready to be released, resolved, integrated, anchored or strengthened.
Your intention helps connect what happens in the session with what is happening in your life.

The 90 min breathwork cycle
You will be supported to stay with a slow, conscious, fuller-than-usual breath while allowing your body and breath to guide the process. You are not constantly interrupted or directed.

Support During the session
Support is available if needed. This may include gentle verbal support, open-ended questions, quiet presence or physical support such as holding a hand or squeezing a shoulder.

Debrief & Integration
After the breathwork session, there is time to rest, ground and debrief. Sharing is optional. Some people feel called to share, and some prefer to stay quiet. Both are welcome. It’s really about sharing whatever you need to feel complete for the session.

This session includes intention setting, a 90-minute breathwork journey and debrief.

These sessions are part of the final stage of my Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner training.
I will be holding the sessions alongside Santhiya, a fully qualified RBM facilitator, who will be present throughout to provide support and supervision.

Santhiya is a mother of three and former paediatric physiotherapist who brings a warm, grounded and deeply compassionate presence to the spaces she holds.
With a lifelong fascination for the body’s capacity to heal, she supports people to release old patterns, reconnect with their truth and return to a deeper sense of freedom and wholeness.
Her work is shaped by her own healing journey and her belief in the infinite potential of the human spirit.

No experience is needed. You will be guided through the full instructions on the day, fully supported in the process.
A session includes creating an intention. You will be supported in creating an intention - an area of life you want to make the most difference to.
Breathe - After you set your intention, you notice what is happening in your body and be with any thoughts, feelings, sensations as you take long slow full breaths, 90mins. We will be there to support you if you feel you need it.
Debrief - Exploring what was the message of your session, how was what happened in your breath session related to you intention.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a gentle practice, long slow full breaths, in and out through the nose, slightly fuller than usual. There is no strain or force and no- contraindications.
This practice is fully self-generated, led by you in a safe and supported environment.
That said, if you have any concerns about physical or mental health conditions, we'd love for you to reach out before registering. We're happy to discuss whether this work feels appropriate for you and answer any questions.

This practice is completley self-generated, you are not forced to go anywhere your psyche isn’t ready to explore.
There is no force on the breath, you will be guided with a flow of awareness at the start but all experiences are welcome. We don’t force you to keep to a certain breathe pattern or stay awake.
The space is completely open and agenda free. You don’t need to be anyone or do anything, it’s a complete welcoming of who you are in any given moment, which is pretty rare in this world.
There is a complete trust in your body and nervous system to unwind at it’s own pace.
